Hi, My name is Anne McNiff and I am completing my masters in
Organizational Management at Antioch University in Santa Barbara, Ca. My
thesis/practicum project will be the development of an accountability tool
to be used by Foundations and Corporate Giving Programs. As I develop this
tool I am very interested in looking at how aspects of Learning
Organization concepts may be able to be applied with the goal of
developing a "best practices" approach to successful philanthropic giving.
Any suggestions or direction to materials that would help me develop this
would be greatly appreciated.
