Hi,

I'd like to chip in to support Cliff Hamilton's recommendation of the
Organizational Cultural Inventory (OCI) from Human Synergistics. I have
now used it in Europe, Canada and the U.S. and found it very helpful. The
framework is well validated and has stood the test of time. Another
benefit is that it is scaleable with Team (Group Styles Inventory)and
Individual (Leadership Styles Inventory) counterparts. There is also an
interpersonal version of the LSI which can be used in 360 degree feedback.
Human Synergistics also produce a series of simulations which can be used
in combination with these instruments.

They can be reached in Canada at (519) 485-4203 and in th US at 1 (800)
622-7584. I hasten to add that I am not associated with them in any way,
just an enthusiastic user of their materials.

Best wishes,
