Hi Leanne,
I appreciated your response to my comments and would be interested in
hearing about the reward systems you are familiar with. As a compensation
consultant who has spent almost 20 years trying to help organizations heal
from the illnesses caused by their malignant compensation systems, I tend
to focus on the importance of recognizing the ways that the pay system may
be contributing to an unhealthy organization.
