For a period of about three weeks, msgs from the learning-org list were
not reaching any of our subscribers at compuserve. That's now fixed and I
can say, "Welcome back!"

(The block may have been domestic US only.)

The background involves SPAM e-mail, that is, bulk unsolicited email
advertisements, which have become a big problem lately. In an attempt to
combat spam, compuserve decided to block any msgs directed to more than
"N" compuserve addresses. This, of course, blocked all of our messages as
well as many other internet mailing lists. Now, they are adding back
mailing lists one at a time on request.

By the way, if you post anywhere on usenet, the bulk emailers may pick up
your address and start sending to you. It's possible that they may obtain
email addresses from postings to the learning-org list; I don't know.

In any case, to all our subscribers and contributors on compuserve,
welcome back! We did miss you!
