Congratulation to John H. Dicus's well articulated thought which
echoes the same feeling of many, though the many (people) could
not exactly pin-point what it is, what it should be.
This is also my observation of many in organisation, who
with all sincerity, still have difficulty to merge,
converge, marching together in harmony,... though
they all seem to use the same words, sometimes
same methaphors or pictures. Dr. Peter Senge calls
is lack of Shared Vision, made worse by frustrated
Team Learning process, individual not taking up the
Personal Mastery, and no discipline in System Thinking.
Could it be part of the struggling process to go through
for every good soul and well-intended group of people
(calling themselves TEAM) towards his / her / their Goal...
