De-Outsourcing LO13991

I am exited to see that there are people agreeing and even qouting that
the de-outsourcing trend is already coming back. This has been my notion
for some time, but beeing in the middle of outsourcing trends, it feels
like a voice in the desert. Are there other people who can qoute more
examples of this happening - I would like to know for purposes of
supporting the notions I intend publishing shortly.
