We have just completed our first year in moving towards transforming our
school into a learning organization using Senge's five disciplines as a
strategic framework for the change process. It seems to be working and a
previously conservative and restrictive culture is being replaced by an
invigorating and exciting professional environment where teachers are
gradually beginning to engage in double-loop learning. I would be pleased
