Distribution Problems -- Now OK LO14152

For the second time in recent months, I'm sorry to say that there has been
a technical problem at this end which was blocking our delivery of LO msgs
by email, thus cutting off most of readers. This occured for a few days
(roughly July 1 to 4) and I hope it is now solved.

You may notice longer delays than normal between a msg and any replies,
and if you sent a msg, you've no doubt seen the delay before it's
distribution. I believe all msgs in the pipeline will be delivered and
none will disappear.

If you've sent a msg that you think may have been lost, please wait till
July 7 and then write me.

Sorry for the inconvenience. (And, by the way, during the outage I was
anxious to let you know of the problem, but had no practical means to
reach LO subscribers.)
