Dear colleagues
I am working with a group that is concerned with developing an
organization that learns in which people and units learn. Most of the
people in the group are concered with training. They have put their
question in the following form.
Let us say in 75 or 100 years there is no training department and no
training is outsourced. Let us say the organization is largish 50,000 to
100,000 employees. At the same time the organization learns, people and
units learn.
The organization, its units and employees continually expand their
capacity and their sense of fulfillment. What are the conditions,
attitudes, strurctures, policies, etc. that are necessary for this to take
place?
Could the memebers of the list respond to this question?
