YOU ARE RIGHT
Being a great leader and using all the right methods does not assure good
or moral results. Hitler was a great user of the leadership process but
the purpose he lead for was flawed.
The first step in the leadership process is to take the time to decide
where to go. That step can be screwed up just like another. If the
managers or bureaucrats pick the wrong direction then the ship will sink.
That vision of where my company or country (as described below) is wrong
then the followers will sink also.
