I suggest you contact the International Society for Performance
Improvement at www.ispi.org. They've been in the business of specializing
in performance improvement for 25 years (long before other professional
organizations "discovered" it). Some ideas included:
Performance problem analysis
Performance measurement
Rewards
Feedback system analysis
Ergonomics
Job aid development
etc.
