LO back "On-the-air" LO14706

I've returned from an enjoyable and productive business trip in Africa.
Working with an extremely diverse group of middle managers from across
sub-Saharan Africa was a very stimulating experience.

The LO list is now back "On-the-air," and I will be processing the queued
messages. If you have sent a message that hasn't appeared, please have
patience; it may take me a day or so to fully catch up. Please DO NOT send
anything twice to the LO list address.

For the net-minded, connecting from South Africa works just fine; it's
just a bit expensive. For most of the week I was in Harare, Zimbabwe,
where the phone service for international calls and net acess was very
problematic.

It's good to be back home!
