Howard, check out the August 1997 issue of Training & Development
magazine. There is an article called, "Hardwiring the Learning
Organization." It lists lots of available LO assessment instruments.

BTW, anyone have any comments about the article? Anyone willing to share
their experiences with some of the assessment instruments in
organizations?
