No doubt Clyde's observations will generate some feedback because of the
notion of fear he calls out from Patton's example.
Demming said "Drive out fear." I agree. The greatest fear we have as
adults working in organizations is that someone will call us stupid or
dumb. We tell our kids that it's OK to make mistakes, because that's how
you learn. And then so many of us are struck dumb out of fear, never
questioning appropriately, never risking. That's my short take for now. I
will read your comments which will surly come in.
