Gene,

thank you, I like your comment.

In fact, you pointed on a mistake in my personal list of "Do's" and
"Don't's", where "Ready, aim, fire" is a Do and "Ready, fire, aim" is a
Don't - easy to understand, but wrong. Missing to evaluate past experience
is a bigger mistake than fail to anticipate the future correctly. I
remember that I was very successful in the past with fireing first and
aiming then if I didn't forget to refire!

The game is an iterated one and goes like: Ready, fire, aim, fire, aim,
fire...a learning loop: One cycle loop, if the process of fireing and
aiming is fixed, two cycle loop, if fireing and aiming is subject to
learning as well.

One should avoid just aiming ("refuse to take responsibility") and just
firing ("just DO something"). But if I had to choose between these two, I
would prefer just aiming, because it doesn't harm others.

Regards, Winfried
