Peer Influence Groups LO15080

A unit I've been assigned to wants to start using Peer Influence Groups to
help communicate and drive change in one area of our organization. I
believe I understand the main idea of using the groups, disseminating and
collecting information, but I'm looking for specific roll-out info: how to
establish the groups, best practices regarding using the groups, etc.
