Dear Colleagues,

I am interested in methods how to measure the willingness of change on an
organization. In theory we all are ready to change and to learn but in
practice the situation might be very different. So it might be wise to
analyze this question already in the beginning of the intervention.

I am designing a short questionnaire on willingness to change. Important
topics might be the following ones for example:

- do they know what are the main areas to improve
- do they really have to change and for what reason
- what is the history of the change in their firm
- are they aware of the main obstacles for change
- do they have enough time and other resources
- ??

I would like to learn if there are any similar methods available and what
kind of topics would you recommend to add into this questionnaire.

You can choose to reply to my personal e-mail: kuittinen@joyl.joensuu.fi

best regards,
