"Yes to all of the above," if the reorg is not dealt with proactively from
the center outwards with great care and consistency of message (Your
description is unfortunately how the vast majority of firms muddle into
it.)

Some process tools are beginning to have a positive effect, creating a
(more) dispassionate means of evaluating options. I may now have a
glimmer of a path to the light. Another month will tell.
