Some excellent thought provoking work has been done on addictive
organizations and carrying family of origin behaviors into the
organization. My graduate work researching the integration of spiritual
principles into business strategy led me to a book by Anne Wilson Schaef
and Diane Fassel called "The Addictive Organization". NewYork:
