Do we need grading systems? If we set goals and review goal attainment at
regular intervals, do we need to "grade." Doesn't the deed speak for
itself. And if goals are not met, the only productive response is what
worked, what didn't, what are we going to do about it? No blame, just an
emphasis on continuous improvement.
