I've been asked to do a major benchmarking study on the development of
more people-centered corporate leadership--what are my colleagues doing
that is "best practice"? Am interested in
activities/assessments/curricula/evaluation methods for both junior and
senior mangers that learning professionals believe are state of the art.
One body of work, for instance, is Interaction Asso.'s Facilitative Leader
curriculum--wonderful values. Any feedback from your cutting edge work
would be appreciated and will be compiled into a summary for all of us.
Thank you!
Jane
