Greetings Jane:
Development of leaders? I would recommend an assessment tool called
"Dimensions of Leadership" by Dr. Kragness and published by Carlson
Learning Company. I have used the profile on several occassions in a
"Management & Leadership Mentoring Program" and had great success with the
participants. It offers an excellent approach to understanding and
developing leaders within organizations. The profile provides valuable
feedback on the respondent's leadership focus and practices.
The instrument has multiple applications in leadership develoment
programs. We used it for our management readiness and mentoring program.
If anyone is interested in reviewing or learning more about the Dimensions
of Leadership Profile, simply contact me. (The retail cost of the profile
is $12.50 plus shipping).
Or, if interested in just reading more about it, you can visit
