Would Don Nardone please define what he means to ask in re "Incompetence"?
Perhaps there has been heinous incompetence of many forms if one defines
it as destroying an organization.
Perhaps Al Dunlap has that attribute and fits the bill from his days of
"downsizing" one company after another, to his immense financial gain
What makes one "heinous". What makes one "incompetent". Is a "skilled"
leader just as capable of destroying organizations? How do we know when
the organization is "destroyed"?
There is a need I believe for operational definitions as a precursor to
finding the answers you seek. I think it is a fascinating subject.
