Replying to LO15365 --

John (and others),

Please forgive me for the confusion. I am new to this process. I am
interested in how a CEO for instance can be put into a position where they
make a series of mistakes that leads their organization to the brink or
beyond of disaster. I thought of Mr. Dunlap as an anomaly. I am looking
for some commonalities among these leaders who cast a negative light on
their culture or financial performance or some other very meaningful
measurement.

Thank you.
Don
