Right after I hit the transmit-button with my reply on abuse & Personal
Mastery (LO15373) to peter Jones I realized that two Winfried's on one
list might be a little confusing; especially when one of them hasn't
showed good mannors and introduced himself properly. Although I am member
of this list since 1995 I also realized that I never wrote an "official"
introduction and Bio and that a number of newcommers might wonder who this
Winfried is. So here's a short bio.
Short Biography
Winfried M. Deijmann (1955 - Amsterdam) has twenty years of international
experience within profit- and not-for-profit organisations as a marketeer,
teacher, policy-developer, artist, management consultant and trainer.
During this period he especially has gained experience with implementing
new communication- and collaboration systems in multi-cultural
environments. Since 1990 he works as artist, consultant and facilitator.
With his experience and always fresh approach he is able to assist
individuals and groups from any management level in searching and
uncovering "forces of silent sabotage". He develops with the persons
concerned a clear and effective communication style which matches best to
the organisations culture.
He has contributed as speaker and facilitator to international conferences
and seminars in the field of education, biography & labour and the arts.
He is (co)-author of several papers on human behaviour in the context of
collaboration. Since two years he has taken special intrest in the
"forgotten inside of quality" in the context of information-exchange, with
focus on electronic messaging.
Hope this will do for you.
Greetings from the rainy dark Dutch meadowlands,
