Dear Learning Org List

Prompted by Winfired Deijman I thought that I too should overcome the
guilt and of not having followed protocol and introduce myself. I suspect
that from my postings you may have got a feel for what I do.

I work as a consultant facilitating change in organisations in the public
and private sectors. We get involved in a broad scope of work that
encompasses people, strategy, processes, structures and IS/IT. there are a
number of common disciplines and techniques that we draw on these include
creative thinking, learning organisation, participation, personal
development, etc. My strength - if I have one - is in looking at a
wholistic picture of an organisation and desiging multi-disciplinary
change processes. I've enjoyed and been stimulated by what I've seen on
the list to date and look forward to seeing how we develop as a virtual
community.
