Barry Mallis described the Plus / Delta mechanism for team feedback of a
Quality Improvement Story.

One of the other effective mechanisms we have seen and tried is to have
the team 'storyboard' the presentation. Typically, this involves defining
a series of icons for each of the activities undertaken or using the
actual graphs, charts and diagrams they used in their work. Each picture
or page of the story is reduced down so that on one page of A4 you have
all of the steps in the project defined.

I've also seen some very effective examples of this where the team
actually drew the pictures on the overhead as they were presenting.

We've used variants on rich picture storyboards for teams presenting
overiviews in projects and to help plan backwards from the goal to define
the supporting activities required.
