Possibly it's buried in the "communicated" actions, but I would suggest
adding something about capturing your work, documenting meetings,
decisions, and the like. I'm very antibureaucratic, so I believe in
developing innovative, non-paper-intensive data gathering processes.

New methods for communicating within the organization, new tools for
capturing learning experiences, and some not so "deliverables;" i.e.,
improved communications between functional areas, an appreciation for
"walking in another's moccasins," and a reason to enjoy coming to work!
All the best for your company's success, Martin.
