Then there is the new tacit knowledge that is a byproduct creation of the
externalization of the current tacit knowledge being considered. Which,
when internalized, creates further tacit knowledge. Is any tacit
knowledge measurable? I do not think so because the mere act of
attempting measurement add's to the subject's tacit knowledge thereby
changing it, from a theoretical perspective that is. In a more pragmatic
sense I think you could measure a measure of tacit knowledge in a
workforce.
