I have attended a couple of different IA seminars (before they were bought
out) and found them to be very stimulating and interactive.

The Mastery Course was partly taught by Senge. Most of the people in the
course were bankers, or hospital administrators. Just about everyone was
in the higher levels of their organization (VP, SVP, division managers). I
was the only person from a social service non-profit.

The courses were very interactive and intellectual. Most people will learn
something and enjoy themselves.

My suggestion is that you go to a course with someone you work with or at
least know. You are able to reinforce your learning better and talk about
learnings during the course.
