Replying to LO15736 --

Sending this in case the following references are of interest. Article by
Richard Donkin in the 10/24/97 FINANCIAL TIMES "To forget Ford is risky
business - Organisations with people-led strategies perform better" cites
the example of ServiceMaster, "a US cleaning company" and concludes with
reference for THE HUMAN EQUATION, BUILDING PROFITS BY PUTTING PEOPLE FIRST
by Jeffrey Pfeffer, Harvard Business School Press, to be published in
February, 1998. I can't say (not having read it) what I think about this.
I really care most about the opportunity to be resourceful.
