Could you elaborate a bit more on the definition of Learning Histories and
how you use them so far ? This sounds very interesting. As part of our
teams operating principles (cross functional team working with students
with Learning disabilities in a private non profit school) we really take
to heart "m,ining the historical documents" to better understand and
intervene with our students. So the history part jumped off the page for
me.

Thanks,

[Host's Note: George Roth and Art Kleiner are my favorite experts on
Learning Histories and have pioneered the method which includes a number
of innovations. See their article in a very recent HBR. Also look at the
Society for Org Learning web page <http://learning.mit.edu> in the
"Research" section for the "AutoCo" case for an example of a finished
Learning History. ...Rick]
