Replying to LO15854 --

At 11:52 AM 11/18/97 +0000, Jo Hamil asked Why? Why do we have this
compulsion to create organisations?

Because it is only by working together that we can progress. Very little
can or has been achieved alone. We have leaders of course who guide the
achievements but only in an organization can we achieve fulfillment. A
sense of having done something.

Team work is a s natural as breathing. Since the beginning of time we have
clumped together to accomplish something whether it be kill dinner or
racing off to the crusades,or fighting for freedom at the Alamo. We
naturally select leaders or find one to follow. We need causes and we need
each other.

Places of work are also the place for friend and companion ship. We go to
work to be with people we like and incidentally we make things there also.
