It depends on your prefered world view:
- if you prefer unity, you tend to create unity, a structure of people,
matter, information and money
- if you prefer harmony, you tend to create harmony, a concept of people,
matter, information and money
- if you prefer works, you create work, a busy doing of people, matter,
information and money
- if you prefer devotion, you create devotion, common ground for people,
matter, information and money;
try to balance every preference (none is best, everything is needed) and
Presto! the AEIOU!
So, when we respect each others differences, when we celebrate diversity,
we end up with a dynamic, complex, busy array we label organisation.
I guess that the frustration stemms from our inbuild (and perhaps
subconsious) self-defence mechanisms (vital for survival in the bush),
that do not inately like difference and prefer known things and thoughts
and our limited information processing capacities (7 bits at a time).
I also think that the nature, the drive of this universe, the force of
creation is in the direction of ever increasing complexities, so after
first creating something more complex than a water-atom, the organisation
of mankind comes next (give or take a few ices ages and near-misses).
"Survival of best complexed", so to say.
Take care,
Jan Lelie
