Dear Collegues -

Organizations are realizing the need to maintain their knowledge capital
in a manner that can be used by others to enhance future performance. I'd
like to find out more:

What types of learning/knowledge are important to capture - from whom?
How is it captured - by whom, using what format (software)?
How is it used - by whom, when?
Is there research available as to the benefits if these initiatives?

I'm looking forward to learning some amazing things from you!
