There have been a couple of threads about this forum as a learning
organization.
In my opinion, there is no doubt that a form of learning is occuring
here, but there are two areas of possible doubt:
1) Learning involves action (ref. Kolb, PDCA, or any similar learning
cycle). There is not so much talk here about our experiences in trying to
put into action some new element of dialogue, knowledge, or learning. If
more people talked about their experiences in trying to put org learning
knowledge into action, this would make this forum more clearly a learning
organization.
2) Are we an "organization"? If so, we are a pretty loose organization,
I think. No problem with that...
