Woody,

I own the CD ROM Series. The Friday Night at the ER simulator is well
done, with some interesting coaching from the software. I would say the
program is aimed at someone fairly new to systems thinking and management
simulators. It covers the basics, and some intermediate topics. There is
a pretty good knowledge base with a lot of multimedia content on systems
thinking.

Recommended for introducing systems thinking or for following up an
introductory seminar.
