T.J. Elliott cited Bill Gates:
> Don't get 10 people at $60,000, get the one best person at $600,000.
This reminds me of a story in the bible, where Gideon (?) had to gather an
army. He gathered 50.000 Israelis, but God asked him to rely on the best
few. So he selected I think a few thousand. And what now comes is rearly
puzzling, it answeres the question how to find the best few: God asked
Gideon to let them drink water from the nearby river. Those who do not use
their hands to drink but drink directly with their mouth like dogs are the
right ones. I think it were 300. They did the job whatever it was.
(Sorry for the mistakes in the story, I wrote it from memory and I am not
sure about the details. I have no chance to look it up here in my office.)
