We have defined 98 traits to describe human behaviour in the work
environment. Amoung them are:

Responsibility:
The willingness to be accountable for the inadequate performance of
others.

and

Delegation:
The capacity to share one's experiences in order to develop the skills
and competencies of others through training.

Both of these are from a management perspective and help to qualify good
managers rather than good employees. But the thinking and definitions may
