Greetings.

I've watched this list off and on for some time and have decided to jump
in and play a more active role.

I am presently an independent OD/HR and Organizational Communications
consultant working in partnership with my wife Jennifer. We have worked
extensively in health care, and a fair amount in banking/financial
services, and non-profit and community development. We are based in Salem,
Massachusetts, but will be moving to Winter Park, Florida in July (great
timing!)

I have been a consistent if informal student of learning organizations and
systems theory. I am now looking to apply these approaches more
explicitelyhaving concluded that tactical/piecemeal interventions often
don't produce meaningful results.

A current interest is investigating the extent to which professional
firmsespecially Management Consulting and Training and Development
companiesare moving toward adopting Learning Organization models and
values. (I plan to post a separate query on this topic.)

My background covers a lot of ground including theatre, seminary (Andover-
Newton, Newton, MA), and training in spiritual psychology/psychsynthesis
(Tom Yeomans, Concord Institute). I am in search of colleagues, friends
and collaboratorsparticularly in the Central Florida area. I love home
brew and make a mean chili!

I look forward to great dialogue and companionship with this group.

THANKS!

Jesse Lord
