LO folks - I am trying to create a way to quickly and simply describe a
Learning Ogranization, using familiar people-based ideas. While I realize
the limitations of this approach, it is a starting point for more complex
understandings.

Would you please mark (using an X) to the right of the point on the 1-7
scale where you think a Learning Organization falls betwen each pair of
words.

Example:
Fun 1X 2 3 4 5 6 7 Boring

Feel free to add additional items onto the bottom if you like it. This is
beta test 2.1 for this material, and I am only seeking expert judgments at
this point. Please forgive the format, but tables are not possible in my
E-mail program.

I will post the findings after the torrent of replies becomes a mere
trickle.

Semantic Differential Learning Organization Profile
Control 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Autonomy
Hierarchy 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Heterarchy
Centralized 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Distributed
Active 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Passive
Powerless 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Powerful
Outward- Inward-
Looking 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Looking
Intuitive 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Grounded
Thinking 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Feeling
Judgmental 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Non-Judgmental
People 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Things
Data 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Ideas
Realistic 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Social
Investigative 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Enterprising
Conventional 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Artistic
Open 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Closed
Information 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Opinion
Data Driven 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Tradition Driven
Other 1 2 3 4 5 6 7

Thanks a bunch - and remember, by helping out others with research you
build up good research karma which returns to you later in your research.
