Ben--my experience with Microsoft doesn't lead me to consider them as a
learning organization (though some of their components might be so
classified). That doesn't mean that I don't think that they aren't an
exciting or dynamic org. Would you share with us (me?) your thoughts on
why you consider them to be a learning org?
