Enjoyed seeing the semantic differential results posted on the LO list.
I'd also enjoy reading on the list any comments Will Barrett and others
have about what it all means.
For further use of this instrument, you might want to ask respondents to
think of an organization they know reasonably well that most closely
approximates an LO. Then check off responses regarding that specific
organization.
Since few (no?) real world organizations are real LOs, this would show
what characteristics seem easiest to achieve, in relation to the norms
extracted from the LO list, and which are most problematic.
