In the last LO posting, Ben Compton asked, "I wonder why we don't refer to
Microsoft as an example of what a Learning Org can become?" I just wanted
to share with the group that in the book entitled, Microsoft Secrets, by
Michael Cusumano and Richard Selby, their Chapter 6 is entitled, "Building
a Learning Organization: Improve Through Continuous Self-Critiquing,
Feedback, and Sharing." A very good read.
