You asked for feedback on the paper. I think it is fine from the start of
the second section onward. I found the introduction of the diagram to be
premature. The reader (IMHO) had not had enough information to make sense
of what the context is for this. You might want to do a longer intro to
set the frame for the reader. Other than that it seems very useful in its
categorization and prescription.
