I've been involved in "Boss Ranking Systems" too, and concur completely
with Rol's comments above. Any ranking or rating system that is worth its
salt will be all inclusive, and of greater relative benefit the higher
into the organisation it goes.

(I just wonder what Bill Gates' ranking is at Microsoft, and if it isn't
#1, who has to tell him?)
