may some gods help us all as we seek to find linguistic solutions to complex
problems. I am a writer, a linguist, a cognitive psychologist, and finally,
a quality manager. I have spent the past six months researching my new
organization. The vision is wonderful. The history it tries to expunge is
not. The language I have chosen is terse and precise:
honesty
openess
learning
teaching
innovation
