It's really all about getting senior management to define the kind of
environment they foresee, their commercial goals and the kind of
organisation they will need to have in place to deliver those.
Once they've got that, you can use that definition to benchmark their
current organisation and scare the pants off them.
A wider shared vision can develop later. You need to get the movers and
shakers on board first.
