Dear Ed,
When your client asked for diversity "beyond the numbers," I thought of
the focus of a presentation some of my MBA students did last semester:
diverse thinking on teams. They explored the value and importance of
thought diversity in effective teamwork and team community. That steps
outside what most organizations even include in diversity; yet, it
highlights key business reasons and interpersonal reasons simultaneously.
