A recent issue of the Academy of Management Executive (Vol. 11(3) August
1997) out of MIT had two good articles on diversity which may be worth
following up.

"Building a Case for Business Diversity" by Robinson and Dechant and
"Challenges of Leading a Diverse Workforce" by Joplin and Daus.
